有充分的证据说明苯可引起人的白血病。经研究,在曾经使用苯的皮鞋制造厂中,工人们白血病的发生率明显增高。1967~1975年期间曾收容了40个有苯接触史的白血病患者住院,其中34名来自28,500名皮鞋工人。发生率为13/10万,明显高于一般人(6/10万,P<0.01)。由于长期接触苯,1973年皮鞋工人中白血病发生率达高峰。1974年和1975年,发病数下降,1976年无1例报告。原因是从1969年以后逐渐停止使用苯而以汽油替代之。 44例慢性苯中毒而致全血减少的患者中,有6例
There is good evidence that benzene can cause human leukemia. The study, in the once used benzene leather shoes factory, the incidence of leukemia workers was significantly higher. Between 1967 and 1975, 40 leukemia patients with benzene exposure history were admitted, 34 of whom were from 28,500 shoe-jack workers. The incidence was 13/100000, significantly higher than the average person (6 / 10,000, P <0.01). Due to long-term exposure to benzene, the incidence of leukemia in leather workers reached a peak in 1973. In 1974 and 1975, the incidence decreased, with no report in 1976. The reason for this is the gradual cessation of use of benzene from 1969 onwards. Of the 44 patients with chronic benzene poisoning that caused a reduction in whole blood, 6 were found
