现代企业管理模式要求在企业内部各项管理上实现精细化管理,预算管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分受到广泛关注,预算管理能力对于企业综合管理能力的提升发挥至关重要的作用。本文根据预算管理在企业实施的现状,提出关于建立科学预算管理体系的若干建议,旨在为我企业建立适应现代化的管理模式贡献力量。
Modern enterprise management mode requires meticulous management in various management within the enterprise. As an important part of enterprise management, budget management receives extensive attention. The ability of budget management plays an important role in improving the comprehensive management ability of enterprises. Based on the status quo of the implementation of budget management in enterprises, this article puts forward some suggestions on establishing a scientific budget management system, which aims to contribute to the establishment of a modern management mode for our enterprises.
