电力线通过载波方式将模拟或数字信号进行高速传输,而新型电力线载波通信芯片ST7540的耦合滤波电路设计是其电力载波通信模块设计的重要成分。以其开发板设计为原型,阐述了ST7540耦合滤波电路的组成,分析了各滤波器的原理、电路结构和传输特性,以通信载波频率72kHz为例,探讨了如何根据通信频率需求来确定相应滤波器电路的元器件参数,试验验证了设计的有效性。
The power line transmits the analog or digital signals at high speed by the carrier mode. The design of the coupling filter circuit of the new power line carrier communication chip ST7540 is an important component of the design of the power line communication module. With the design of its development board as a prototype, the composition of the ST7540 coupling filter circuit is expounded. The principle, circuit structure and transmission characteristics of each filter are analyzed. Taking the communication carrier frequency of 72 kHz as an example, this paper discusses how to determine the corresponding filter according to the communication frequency requirement Component parameters of the circuit, the test verified the effectiveness of the design.
