市场经济的发展使得企业间的竞争日渐激烈,要想市场竞争中获得更多的市场份额就应努力提高企业的管理效果。在企业管理中,人力资源管理是十分重要的组成部分,人力资源培训在管理中发挥着重要的作用,因此逐渐受到关注和重视。强化企业人力资源培训能够实现员工与企业利益的融合,充分挖掘员工的潜力,提高员工的素质水平。但是目前企业人力资源培训的效果并不理想,本文就电线电缆企业人力资源培训的问题进分析,提出相应的策略,为今后工作提供依据。

In enterprise management, human resource management is a very important part. Human resource training plays an important role in the management. Therefore, it gradually attracts attention and attention. Strengthening enterprise human resource training can realize the integration of staff and enterprise interests, fully tap the potential of employees and improve the quality of employees. However, at present, the effect of human resource training in enterprises is not satisfactory. This article analyzes the problems of HR training in wire and cable enterprises and puts forward corresponding strategies to provide the basis for future work.
