吴庄铁矿低温季节主井井口气流雾化严重,导致矿井能见度低、视频模糊、机械电子设备故障频发等问题。在低温季节,测定了主井反向出风量,测定了主副井井口、井底以及各中段主井石门空气温度等数据,得出了自然风压是造成主井井口气流雾化的主要原因。结合矿山生产实际,提出了利用主扇风压抑制自然风压;设置通风构筑物,减少主井入风量;在-330m中段安装风机抵制自然风压等措施。这些措施实施后,主井井口气流雾化得到有效控制,保障了主井机械电子设备的安全运行及人员作业安全。
