目的:建立四金通合剂中芍药苷和黄芩苷的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-醋酸(35:65:1)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为244nm。结果:芍药苷在0.102~1.02μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=6),平均回收率为98.93%,RSD为1.02%(n=6);黄芩苷在0.166~1.66μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9993(n=6),平均回收率为98.97%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论:本法可同时测定四金通合剂中芍药苷和黄芩苷的含量,方法简便、准确。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method of paeoniflorin and baicalin in Si Jin Tong Mixture. Methods: The column was Diamonsil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (35: 65: 1) at the flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 244nm. Results: Paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.102-1.02 μg (r = 0.9998, n = 6), with an average recovery of 98.93% and a RSD of 1.02% (n = 6) The linearity was good (r = 0.9993, n = 6). The average recovery was 98.97% and the RSD was 1.18% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method can simultaneously determine the content of paeoniflorin and baicalin in Si Jin Tong Mixture. The method is simple and accurate.
