本文研究了室温形变和稀土元素对钢在离子软氮化过程中的影响。试验结果表明,室温形变使离子软氮化层减薄,且在一定形变量下,有一最低值。采用较大的形变量和离子软氮化复合,可使强韧性得到最佳配合。稀土元素可加速离子软氮化的过程,催渗效果显著,并且不管有无形变,都能使渗层增厚。稀土元素不影响形变对离子软氮化的作用规律。
In this paper, the effects of room temperature deformation and rare earth elements on the soft nitriding of steel were investigated. The experimental results show that the room temperature deformation of the ion nitrocarburized thinning, and in a certain amount of deformation, there is a minimum value. The use of a larger amount of deformation and ion nitrocarburizing complex, the toughness can be best fit. Rare earth elements can accelerate the process of ion nitrocarburizing, reminder effect is significant, and no matter whether there is no deformation, can make layer thickening. Rare earth elements do not affect the deformation of ion soft nitriding rules.
