2000年4月5日,总后勤部卫生部白书忠部长在北京军区联勤部郇永固部长的陪同下,到北京军区263医院视察,听取了该院的情况汇报,视察了医院院况、科室布局、技术建设、一号工程、社会化保障等工作,并就如何加强医院全面建设,加快医院改革步伐,做了重要指示。郇永固部长就如何落实白部长指示,抓好北京军区医院建设,作出了明确要求。陪同白部长视察的还有总后卫生部医疗局王耀宗局长、王文中副局长。
