研究了W含量对TiAl基合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随W含量的增加,B2相及等轴γ相的尺寸和数量呈逐渐增加的趋势;晶团尺寸和片层间距随W含量的增加呈抛物线变化趋势,添加1%W时,细化效果显著;合金的室温及高温强度随W含量的增加呈逐渐增加趋势,但W对伸长率的影响不大,而持久寿命与W含量呈反相关。
The effects of W content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiAl-based alloys were investigated. The results show that with the increase of W content, the size and number of B2 phase and the equiaxed γ phase tend to increase gradually. The size and number of lamellae increase parabolically with the increase of W content. When 1% W is added, The effect is obvious. The room temperature and high temperature strength of the alloy increase with the increase of W content, but W has little effect on the elongation, while the durable life is inversely correlated with the W content.
