本研究以吉化炼油厂65t燃油供汽锅炉运行系统为对象,参数全部采用其运行工艺参数。从给水、过热蒸汽温度两大部分探讨与论证了控制方案,以微机为核心、具有优良的控制功能和丰富的运算功能的单回路调节器(VI87MA-E)代替常规调节仪表实现控制。给水控制系统采用的是三冲量给水控制系统。它依据水位,同时参照蒸汽流量和给水流量的变化控制给水阀。过热蒸汽温度控制系统采用串级控制系统,能克服时滞和惯性较大的过程动态特性,以减温器出口温度为副参数。通过仿真实验证明,该系统适用于中压型锅炉,也适用于对现有自动化仪表系统进行改造,而且在及时性、可靠性、自动化程度方面均具有常规控制系统无法比拟的优点。
The research takes the 65t oil-fired boiler operating system of Jihua Refinery as the object, and all the parameters adopt the running process parameters. From the two aspects of water supply and superheated steam temperature, the control scheme was discussed and demonstrated. The single-loop regulator (VI87MA-E) with microcomputer control as the core, excellent control function and abundant computing functions was used to replace the conventional regulating instrument. Water supply control system uses three impulse water supply control system. It is based on the water level, with reference to changes in steam flow and feed water flow control valve. Superheated steam temperature control system uses a cascade control system to overcome the dynamic characteristics of the process with large time-delay and inertia. The outlet temperature of the desuperheater is taken as the secondary parameter. The simulation results show that the system is suitable for medium pressure boilers and is also suitable for retrofitting existing automation instrumentation systems. Moreover, it has the advantages of conventional control system in timeliness, reliability and automation.
