在商业竞争如此残酷的今天,要想生存,商家的口碑和信誉起着关键性的作用。所以,不管是实体商店还是网购,大家都在为得到顾客的好评而竭尽全力。而要得到顾客的好评就必须在每个环节都尽力让顾客满意。如买卖交易时的热情和诚恳,买卖交易后的售后服务等等。但我们不得不承认商品的品质才是顾客评价商品性价比的关键因素。而评价学校教学性价比的关键因素是课堂效率的高低。要提高课堂效率,教师首先要改变观念,抓准评价标准;其次要因地制宜,辩证剖析改革;最后定能水到渠成,素质应试两相宜。
