项目反应理论（Item Response Theory，IRT）自从20世纪80年代引入我国以来，在教育研究和心理测量的许多领域都开展起来，并取得了显著成果，但是在医学教育测量领域中所进行的研究较少。其中Rasch模型是项目反应理论中数学表达形式最简单的模型，属于标准指数函数，数学基础坚实，参数估计结果稳定可靠，因此常被用来建立对各评分指标（项目）进行信度、效度分析，以及确定项目难度等级。
