作者选择26只健康豚鼠,采用特殊装置,将2μl人造内淋巴液在0.5~4分钟内注入内淋巴间隙,同时测定内淋巴直流电位和内、外淋巴压力的变化,以进一步阐明内、外淋巴压力的相互关系及两者压力的差别。另选5只豚鼠杀死后作组织学研究。结果发现,在进行内淋巴灌注时,实验动物的内、外淋巴压力同时发生动力学变化,两者压力的增加几乎相同。在灌注后不久,内、外淋巴压力在统计学上无显著差别。(本研究中所用的测定方法分辨率为±13.33Pa)。组织学研究的结果表明,在灌注2ml人造内淋巴后,前庭膜出现轻度膨胀,球囊则呈明显膨胀,但未发现膜迷路破坏的迹
The author chose 26 healthy guinea pigs and used special device to inject 2μl of artificial endolymph into the endolymphatic space in 0.5-4 minutes.
