本文评述了苏联现行“锅炉机组热力计算标准方法”有关锅炉管簇前气室辐射放热计算方法在实际应用中存在的问题。在综合考虑到气室辐射及管簇辐射放热的基础上,提出了气室辐射放热对于对流管簇辐射放热系数产生附加值的计算式。为了进一步简便计算,本文还提出了其简化计算式。该简化计算式包含了燃料品种、受热面结构及运行参数等因素,并应用电子计算机在相当广泛的应用数值区间进行逐步回归分析后得出,它适用于燃用我国广泛燃料品种的各类型锅炉机组的热力计算。
This article reviews the problems existing in the practical application of the calculation method of radiant heat radiated from the gas chamber before the boiler tube cluster in the Soviet Union’s current Standard Method for Thermal Calculation of Boiler Units. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the gas radiation in the gas chamber and the radiating heat of the tube cluster, a formula for calculating the added value of radiant heat transfer coefficient of the convection tube cluster is proposed. In order to further simplify the calculation, this paper also proposed its simplified formula. The simplified formula contains the fuel species, heating surface structure and operating parameters and other factors, and the application of computer in a very wide range of application values obtained after gradual regression analysis, it is suitable for burning a wide range of fuel types of our boiler Thermal calculation of the unit.
