目的建立飞扬草中没食子酸和槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,ZORBAX SB-Aq(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温30℃;流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液,采用梯度方式洗脱;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长随时间变换。结果没食子酸和槲皮苷在2.328~58.20μg.mL-1和6.804~170.1μg.mL-1内呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.999 5和0.999 8;平均回收率为100.26%和96.29%,RSD分别为0.64%和0.69%(n=9)。结论该方法快速,简便,准确,为飞扬草药材及其制剂的质量控制提供参考。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid and quercetin in Methods The column was separated on a ZORBAX SB-Aq column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) at 30 ℃ with a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient method. The flow rate was 1.0 mL .min-1; Detection wavelength changes with time. Results There was a good linear relationship between gallic acid and quercitrin in the range of 2.328 ~ 58.20μg.mL-1 and 6.804-170.1μg.mL-1, with r of 0.999 5 and 0.999 8, respectively. The average recovery was 100.26% and 96.29% , RSD were 0.64% and 0.69% (n = 9) respectively. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple and accurate, providing a reference for the quality control of Feiyancao and its preparations.
