高职院校英语教学存在理论教学与社会实践想脱离、教学模式陈旧、师资队伍落后等问题,因此本文在分析高职英语教学发展现状所面临的问题和挑战的基础上,对高职英语教学改革和教师角色的转变进行了探析,并提出了推进高职英语教学改革和教师角色转变的有效途径,具体从以人为本、因材施教、采用信息化的教学手段以及注重实践能力的提升等方面展开。
Therefore, based on the analysis of the problems and challenges facing the current situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the problems in English teaching of higher vocational colleges, such as the separation of theoretical teaching and social practice, the outdated teaching model and the backward teaching faculty. Reform and change of teachers’ roles, and puts forward some effective ways to promote the reform of English teaching and the role of teachers in higher vocational colleges. The specific approaches are: people-oriented, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, using informative teaching methods and paying attention to the improvement of practical ability.
