根据《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》推动职业教育走规模化、集约化、连锁化办学道路的精神,各地区、各学校都在积极探索高职教育集团化办学的途径,为大力发展中国特色的职业教育、适应加快经济发展方式转变,加快高素质劳动者和技能型人才培养做出了重大贡献。国家《珠三角地区改革发展规划纲要(2008-2020)》对广东产业转型升级提出了明确要求,要将珠三角地区建成“世界先进制造业和现代服务业基地”和“全国重要的经济中心”;地处核心地带的广州市在优化产业结构调整的政策和措施将为珠江三角洲地区的职业教育集团组建提供难得的机遇。钟落潭地区的区位优势明显,区内高职院校众多,本文通过探讨组建钟落潭地区的职业教育集团,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

The “Outline for the Reform and Development of the Pearl River Delta Region (2008-2020)” sets out clearly the requirements for the industrial restructuring and upgrading in Guangdong Province. It is necessary to establish the “Pearl River Delta Region” as the “base of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry in the world” and “ Economic center ”; Guangzhou is located in the core area in the optimization of industrial restructuring policies and measures will be set up by the Vocational Education Group in the Pearl River Delta region to provide a rare opportunity. The geographical advantages of Zhongluotan area are obvious, and there are many higher vocational colleges in this area. This article has important theoretical and practical significance by discussing the formation of vocational education group in Zhongluotan area.
