锻造操作机是锻造设备的重要辅助设备,其性能直接影响工件的锻造精度。本文针对操作机夹钳旋转机构的快速性、稳定性及准确性的要求,对该部分系统进行功能分析和说明,并设计液压控制系统回路。通过对液压系统回路的合理设计,改善了夹钳旋转的控制性能,解决了夹钳旋转的启停冲击问题,夹钳旋转机构系统实现了稳、准、快及智能控制,并能节能减震。
Forging operation machine is an important auxiliary equipment forging equipment, the performance of a direct impact on the workpiece forging accuracy. In this paper, according to the requirement of the quickness, stability and accuracy of operating mechanism clamp rotating mechanism, the function analysis and explanation of this part of system are made and the circuit of hydraulic control system is designed. Through the reasonable design of the hydraulic system circuit, the control performance of the clamp rotation is improved, the start-stop impact problem of the clamp rotation is solved, the clamp rotary mechanism system achieves stable, accurate, quick and intelligent control and can save energy and reduce vibration .
