旅游管理专业学生进入酒店实习是应用型人才培养的重要方式,是人才培养过程中不可缺少的,也是高职教学中不可缺少的教学必要环节。然而在实习过程中,学生表现出诸多心理不适应,会影响实习效果。本文主要根据学生在实习不同时期的行为表现,分析其心理问题,并提出相应的对策解决实习心理问题。
Tourism management students into the hotel internship is an important way to train application-oriented personnel, is an indispensable talent training process, but also an indispensable part of teaching in vocational education necessary links.
