目的:观察分析肝癌介入治疗患者健脾护肝方联合治疗后肝储备功能的改善效果及临床意义。方法:选取我院2013年2月~2015年2月收治的120例肝癌介入治疗患者,随机平均分为治疗组与对照组,对照组在执行介入治疗同时予以西药护肝治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合健脾护肝方治疗,测定对比2组第1次、第2次介入治疗前、介入治疗后30天ICGR15(吲哚靛青绿15min潴留率)指标。结果:治疗组第2次介入治疗前平均ICGR15指标(12±2)%、第2次介入治疗后30天平均ICGR15指标(13±1)%,均明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者恶心呕吐1度75%、2度15%、3度10%,3度及2度占比均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);发热轻度34%、中度50%、重度16%,重度发热率低于对照组(P<0.05);腹痛轻度61.4%、中度34.1%、重度4.6%,重度腹痛率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在介入治疗及西药护肝同时联合中药健脾补气能更好地改善和修复肝癌介入治疗患者肝储备功能、安全有效,建议在肝癌临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect and clinical significance of hepatic reserve after combined treatment with Jianpi Hugan Decoction in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: A total of 120 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received western medicine liver protection while interventional treatment was performed. In the control group, Group on the basis of the combined treatment of spleen Hugan decoction, compared with the first two groups, the second intervention before treatment, ICGR15 (indole indocyanine green 15min retention rate) indicators 30 days after intervention. Results: The average ICGR15 index (12 ± 2)% before the second interventional treatment in the treatment group and the ICGR15 index (13 ± 1)% at the 30th day after the second interventional treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) . The proportion of patients with nausea and vomit in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (75%), 2 ° 15%, 3 ° 10%, 3 ° and 2 ° (P <0.05) (P <0.05); mild abdominal pain was 61.4%, moderate 34.1%, severe 4.6%, severe abdominal pain was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions: It is safe and effective to improve and repair the liver reserve function of interventional therapy and western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine spleen qi. It is suggested that it should be widely used in the treatment of liver cancer.
