目前国内外建筑五金、家电等行业越来越多地采用自攻螺钉、墙板螺钉等新型紧固件。这些紧固件的的螺纹加工多采用无切削搓丝成型工艺。使用材料一般是φ6.35~φ8mm的低碳钢线材。钢丝在多次冷拔后经过一次中间退火,再精拔一次,然后冷镦,搓丝成型。中间退火工艺是冷镦、搓丝变形的关键。若退火工艺不当,不仅不能充分发挥材料塑性,反而会给冷变形成形带来困难。现结合我厂实践作以下分析。
