目的:探讨强氧化离子水与过氧乙酸溶液对呼吸机管道消毒效果的比较。方法:对连续使用24小时的呼吸机管道60例分别采用强氧化离子水浸泡与过氧乙酸溶液浸泡,消毒前后采样进行细菌培养及细菌菌落计数。结果:消毒前所有样本细菌培养阳性率为100%,强氧化离子水与过氧乙酸溶液消毒后灭菌率分别为:1m in:82.9%及20%;5m in:95.1%及37.5%;30m in:100%及92.5%。结论:呼吸机管道消毒,强氧化离子水优于过氧乙酸溶液。
Objective: To compare the disinfection effect of strong oxidizing ion water and peracetic acid solution on ventilator pipeline. Methods: Sixty-six consecutive ventilator tubes were immersed in a solution of peracetic acid and soaked in strong oxidizing water for 24 hours. Bacterial culture and bacterial colonies were counted before and after disinfection. Results: The positive rate of bacterial culture in all samples before disinfection was 100%. The disinfection rates of strong oxidizing water and peracetic acid solution were 1m in: 82.9% and 20% respectively; 5m in: 95.1% and 37.5%; 30m in: 100% and 92.5%. Conclusion: Ventilator pipe disinfection, strong oxidizing ionized water is better than peracetic acid solution.
