目的研究干旱胁迫对银柴胡药材中活性成分含量的影响,以明确干旱胁迫对银柴胡药材质量的影响效应。方法通过盆栽控水试验设置土壤饱和含水量的90%~100%、80%~90%、60%~70%、40%~50%和20%~30%5个水平栽培银柴胡,利用紫外分光光度法对银柴胡药材中总黄酮和总皂苷的含量进行测定。结果随着土壤含水量的降低,银柴胡药材中总黄酮含量逐渐升高,40%~50%和20%~30%处理与充分供水处理差异显著,分别提高了15.34%和20.54%;随着土壤含水量的降低,总皂苷含量呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,80%~90%、60%~70%、40%~50%和20%~30%处理分别较充分供水处理提高了38.08%、34.26%、60.08%和15.87%,差异均达到显著水平。结论干旱胁迫显著提高银柴胡药材中总黄酮和总皂苷的含量,当土壤含水量为40%~50%时,银柴胡药材总黄酮和总皂苷含量均较高,40%~50%供水条件下有利于银柴胡药材质量提高。
Objective To study the effect of drought stress on the active ingredients in Radix Bupleuri to determine the effect of drought stress on the quality of Radix Bupleuri. Methods Five levels of cultivated silver Bupleurum were cultivated with 90% ~ 100%, 80% ~ 90%, 60% ~ 70%, 40% ~ 50% and 20% ~ 30% of soil saturated water content Determination of total flavonoids and total saponins in Radix Bupleuri by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results With the decrease of soil water content, the content of total flavonoids in Radix Bupleuri increased gradually. The difference between 40% -50% and 20% -30% treatment and adequate water supply was 15.34% and 20.54% respectively. With the decrease of soil water content, the content of total saponins tended to increase at first and then decrease. The treatments of 80% -90%, 60% -70%, 40% -50% and 20% -30% 38.08%, 34.26%, 60.08% and 15.87%, respectively, all reaching significant levels. Conclusion Drought stress significantly increased the content of total flavonoids and total saponins in Radix Bupleuri. When the soil moisture content was 40% ~ 50%, the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins in Radix Bupleuri were higher, and 40% ~ 50% Under conditions conducive to improve the quality of Bupleurum medicinal materials.
