在铸造AZ41M镁合金260 mm×960 mm扁锭过程中常出现裂纹现象。通过分析冷却水箱第一层与第二层冷却水的作用,改变冷却水箱的第一层冷却出水孔与第二层冷却出水孔的间距,以及对出水量的控制进行改进,使镁合金铸锭裂纹现象减少了,同时镁合金扁锭内晶粒成长时间得到了很好的控制,得到了细晶组织,其强度也得到提高。
Cracks often occur during the casting of AZ41M magnesium alloy 260 mm × 960 mm slab. By analyzing the function of the cooling water in the first and second layers of the cooling water tank, the distance between the first cooling water outlet of the cooling water tank and the cooling water outlet of the second layer is changed, and the control of the water output is improved to make the magnesium alloy ingot The crack phenomenon is reduced, meanwhile the grain growth time in the magnesium alloy slab is well controlled, the fine grain structure is obtained, and the strength is also improved.
