对11例伴溃疡的静脉性疾病患者、7例无溃疡的静脉性疾病及脂肪皮肤硬化(lipodermatosc lerosi s)患者及15例健康对照者,采用Krustal等介绍的方法,用全特异的抗纤维蛋白原IgG提取血清纤维蛋白相关抗原(FRA),采用放射免疫法检测血清总FRA的浓度,并用Hunter等方法检测D-双聚体的浓度,以此分析上述患者的纤维蛋白及纤维蛋白相关抗原,并比较了D-双聚体与纤维蛋白单体的浓度,以进一步探讨在静脉性疾病患者中的系统性纤维蛋白异常。结果发现,静脉性疾病患者血清总FR
