On September 25, more than 30 representatives from Shanghai Pudong Maritime Bureau, Ningbo Beilun Maritime Office, Qingdao Qianwan Maritime Department, Tianjin Beijiang Maritime Bureau and Shenzhen Yantian Maritime Bureau gathered in Yantian, Shenzhen for discussion and proposed “ Cooperation, innovation and development ”, set up a platform for the exchange of grassroots maritime business and jointly discuss the cooperation and development of grassroots maritime institutions.
