水利勘察设计单位进一步加强成本核算管理水平,对于提高单位有限资金的使用效率,提高管理人员项目管理水平具有重要意义,同时也有助于强化监督、明确责任,保障水利勘察设计项目顺利进行。本文围绕水利勘察设计单位成本核算管理展开,简要探讨分析了其在成本核算管理中出现的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的措施建议。
It is of great significance for the water conservancy investigation and design institute to further strengthen the management of cost accounting, which is of great significance to improving the utilization efficiency of the limited funds of the unit and improving the project management level of the management personnel. It also helps to strengthen oversight, clarify responsibilities and ensure the smooth progress of water conservancy investigation and design projects. This paper focuses on the cost accounting management of water conservancy survey and design units, briefly discusses and analyzes the problems that arise in cost accounting management, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions for the problems.
