【摘要】自主学习是“以学生为中心”教学模式的基础，是满足学生学习需求的有效途径。ESP教学重实践，自主学习对其具有重要意义。本文以昆明理工大学津桥学院《酒店英语视听说》课程为例探讨了ESP听说课的自主学习策略， 提出了5条自主学习策略：1.主动积累知识经验；2.积极互动自主融入知识构建；3.利用认知理论选择学习策略；4.充分利用网络资源；5.客观全面评价学习过程。

【Abstract】Autonomous learning is the basis of student-centered teaching model and an effective way of meeting students’ learning needs. Attaching great importance to practice， ESP teaching greatly relies on automatic learning. This article puts forwards five automatic learning strategies： 1. Being reluctant and self-motivated to accumulate a wide range of English and professional knowledge； 2. Learning knowledge through active cooperation and participation in interaction； 3. Employing effective language acquisition strategies； 4. Learning with the aid of online materials； 5. Giving a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the learning process.
