我厂设计了一种结构简单,容易调整的内孔割槽装置。它由刀具和刀尖、横向进刀机构、主轴错、夹具等四部份组成。其最大特点是“加工装置”处在工件孔中,没有纵向运动,仅有横向运动(走刀)。结构比较紧凑,工具的外壳可缩小,加工精度易于保证。它特别适合于较浅内孔或肓孔的加工。割槽刀具6借助于两只方头螺钉21,被夹紧在燕尾槽的刀体5上。刀具应缩进刀体10~12mm,以便
