目的了解某军校学员的心理健康状况,建立心理健康档案,为学校心理健康教育和心理咨询提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2005级入学3个月学员进行整群抽样测查。将有效资料425份进行统计处理,与中国军人常模和中国军校学员常模进行比较分析,并对不同学历层次学员测试组间进行比较分析。结果心理健康问题(SCL-90因子分≥3)检出率为0.23%~2.11%,主要心理健康问题为强迫症状、抑郁、偏执、敌对和人际关系敏感。但整体心理健康水平高于普通军人和军校学员群体。不同学历层次学员间心理健康水平有差异,从高到低依次为地方大学入伍生、研究生、专科升本科生、部队干部子女生、研究生课程班学员。不同性别学员的心理健康状况略有差异。结论某军校学员的心理健康水平较理想,不同学历层次学员间存在一定差异。提示军队院校应高度重视学员心理健康教育,并针对不同群体学员的实际提供相关帮助。
Objective To understand the mental health status of a military cadets and to establish the mental health files to provide the basis for the school mental health education and psychological counseling. Methods The self-rating Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to carry out cluster sampling on students who had been enrolled for three months in 2005. 425 valid data were statistically processed, compared with the norm of Chinese military personnel and Chinese military cadets, and comparative analysis was conducted among test groups of students with different academic levels. Results The detection rate of mental health problems (SCL-90 score ≥ 3) was 0.23% -2.11%. The main mental health problems were obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, paranoia, hostility and interpersonal sensitivity. However, the overall mental health level is higher than ordinary military and cadet groups. There were differences in mental health among students with different academic qualifications. From high to low, there were enrolled students, postgraduates, junior college undergraduates, military cadres and children and postgraduate students in descending order. The mental health of students of different genders is slightly different. Conclusion The mental health of some cadets is ideal, and there are some differences among students with different levels of education. It is suggested that military academies and schools should attach great importance to students’ mental health education and provide relevant help for the actual needs of different groups of students.
