赤峰市克什克腾旗农民,多年来在推广应用“小麦模式化栽培技术”中,结合当地的成功经验,探索和总结出一套水浇地小麦高产稳产耕作栽培技术。如宇宙地乡刘清和乡长,他在自己承包的15.7亩水浇地上,创造性的运用各项技术措施,从整地到收割环环进行科学管理,使小麦年年获得高产稳产,一般亩产都在400公斤以上,在风调雨顺的年份,单产可以达到500公斤以上,为当地农民树立了样板。
