筹建是企业经营的起点,筹建期的建章立制,往往奠定企业日后规范管理的基础,必须打下坚实的基础。但由于筹建时间相对较短,筹备期工作相对经营期往往更容易被忽视。财务工作的筹建作为企业筹建的一个重要环节,需要专业人员结合企业实际经营特点,以及经营地的相关政策,进行框架搭建和细则拟定。良好有序的筹建工作,会在企业日后的经营期收效显著,在对强化财务管理,提高企业财务管理水平等多方面具有重要意义。本文拟从机构搭建、核算制度建立、预算管理、资金管理及税务管理、档案管理各方面探讨如何做好财务筹建工作。
Preparation is the starting point for business operations, preparatory establishment of the establishment of rules and regulations, often laid the basis for standardized management of enterprises in the future, we must lay a solid foundation.
