随着当今社会计算机技术的迅猛发展,数控技术已经被人们所认可并广泛应用于各行各业中,特别是在机械制造行业中尤为突出。由于数控技术具有准确性高、自动化水平高、生产加工效率高等特点,所以传统的机械加工渐渐被高科技的数控技术所取替。数控技术是机械行业自动化的首要条件,也是数控车床的关键技术所在。本文主要阐述了电气自动化数控车床电气控制的设计,分析其主要工作原理及组成架构等内容。
With the rapid development of computer technology in today’s society, CNC technology has been recognized by people and widely used in all walks of life, especially in the machinery manufacturing industry. Because of the numerical control technology with high accuracy, high level of automation, production and processing efficiency, so the traditional mechanical processing has been replaced by high-tech numerical control technology. CNC technology is the primary condition for the automation of machinery industry, and it is also the key technology of CNC lathe. This paper mainly elaborates the design of the electrical control of electric automatization CNC lathe, analyzes its main working principle and composition structure and so on.
