结合文献分析了104例眼部带状疱疹,发病率27.1%,冬春季发病75例(72.1%),50岁以上70例(67.3%)。95例为三又神经第一支受累,全部病例均有程度不等的眼险损害,结膜病变52例,角膜病变43例,虹膜睫状体病变7例,继发性青光眼2例,眼部病变平均15.8天痊愈。全身有合并症49例30余种疾病,其中癌症4例。实验室检查白细胞及淋巴细胞增高倾向,免疫球蛋白无明显增高。经过全身和局部综合性治疗,病变痊愈。
