随着经济的发展,国有企业在国民经济中的作用依旧占据较大的比重,对大型国有企业来讲,党员就是融入在国有企业血液中的灵魂,因此大型国有企业需要在管理中需要不断进步和创新,以提高企业党建工作的不断发展。因此国有企业的党员建设工作在中国发展的新时期该如何转变和创新,成为当前大型国有企政工工作人员的新课题。笔者以辽河油田政工管理人员的身份对此进行了探索,希望对大型国有企业政工工作的改革创新带来新的启示。
With the economic development, the role of state-owned enterprises in the national economy still occupies a large proportion. Therefore, large state-owned enterprises need to continuously improve their management And innovation, in order to enhance the continuous development of party building in enterprises. Therefore, how to transform and innovate the work of building party members in state-owned enterprises in the new period of development in China has become a new issue for the current large-scale state-owned enterprise workers. The author explores this as the political and management personnel of Liaohe Oilfield and hopes to bring new enlightenment to the reform and innovation of the political work of large state-owned enterprises.
