目的:为探讨L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对异丙肾上腺素(ISP)致害心肌的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为4组:ISP组,ISP40mg/kg·day×2,皮下注射;对照组,体重匹配的大鼠注射同容量的生理盐水;L-Arg组腹腔注射L-Arg1.5g/kg·d×2;ISP+L-Arg组。结果:ISP处理的大鼠心重/体重比值、心肌内NO、钙的水平以及血清LDH、NO水平高于对照组(p<0.05),而心肌中GSH-PX及L-Arg水平低于对照组(p<0.05),L-Arg可部分逆转ISP致心肌肥厚,心肌中NO、钙、L-Arg、GSH-PX及血清LDH、GSH-PX水平的变化。结论:L-Arg对ISP致害心肌有抗损伤的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of L-arginine on myocardial damage induced by isoproterenol (ISP). Methods: The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: ISP group, ISP40mg / kg · day × 2, subcutaneous injection; control group, body weight matched rats injected with the same volume of saline; L-Arg group intraperitoneal injection of L-Arg1. 5g / kg · d × 2; ISP + L-Arg group. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of NO and calcium in myocardium and the level of serum LDH and NO in ISP-treated rats were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05), while the levels of GSH-PX and L-Arg in myocardium were lower L-Arg could partially reverse the changes of myocardial hypertrophy, myocardial NO, Ca, L-Arg, GSH-PX, serum LDH and GSH-PX levels in the control group (p <0.05) Conclusion: L-Arg has an anti-injury effect on ISP-induced myocardial injury.
