1月5日上午,全国流域综合规划修编工作会议在京召开。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理回良玉在会议上强调,要全面贯彻落实科学发展观,按照构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,坚持以人为本、人与自然和谐,坚持科学治水、依法管水,坚持全面规划、统筹兼顾、标本兼治、综合治理,全面启动、精心组织流域综合规划修编工作,对我国主要江河流域的治理、开发和保护进行战略性、全局性、前瞻性的规划部署,促进水资源的综合治理、优化配置和高效利用,以水资源的可持续利用支撑经济社会又好又快发展。
