通过对金脉连翘的组培快繁试验 ,研究了外植体不同取材部位及不同激素种类、浓度对芽诱导及增殖的影响。结果表明 ,采用母树嫩茎的中部茎段作外植体诱导率高 ,分化增殖系数大 ;在做不同种类的激素对茎增殖比较中 ,生长素在其中起着决定作用。同时筛选出最佳分化培养基MS + 6 -BA3 .0 +NAA0 .1,根的诱导培养基 1/2MS +NAA0 .3 或 1/2MS +ABT2 .0~ 3 .0
Through the rapid propagation test of tissue culture of Forsythia series, we studied the effects of different materials and different hormone types and concentrations on the induction and proliferation of buds. The results showed that the middle part of explants of the tender stem of the female parent had high induction rate and large multiplication and multiplication coefficient. The auxin played a decisive role in comparison of stem multiplication of different kinds of hormones. At the same time, the best differentiation medium MS + 6-BA3 .0 + NAA0.1 was selected, and the induction medium of roots was 1 / 2MS + NAA0.3 or 1 / 2MS + ABT2.0-3.0
