某多层商业楼是集商业、餐饮和娱乐功能为一体的大型城市综合体建筑,设置了室内步行街、跨层中庭及支承于悬挑梁端头的大型扶梯,主入口采用了弧形拉索玻璃幕墙及悬挑钢雨篷,结构存在楼板开大洞、大跨度、大悬挑,单跨框架、结构超长等不利因素,设计中通过对结构方案的合理把控、多种计算分析(如:温度分析、楼面舒适度验算、静力弹塑性分析),采用了抗震性能化设计及预应力技术,解决了工程设计中遇到的难题,供同行设计人员参考。
A multi-storey commercial building is a large-scale urban complex integrating commercial, catering and entertainment functions. An indoor pedestrian street, a cross-level atrium, and a large escalator supported at the tip of a cantilever beam are installed. The main entrance adopts a curved cable. Glass curtain walls and cantilevered steel awnings have structural disadvantages such as large openings, large spans, large overhangs, single-span frames, and long structures in the floor. Through reasonable control of structures and various calculations (such as : temperature analysis, floor comfort checking, static elastoplastic analysis), seismic performance design and prestressing technology are adopted to solve the problems encountered in engineering design for reference by fellow designers.
