目的利用彩色多普勒超声检测周围型肺癌血流信号并探讨与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的关系。方法检测50例确诊为周围型肺癌的肿物血流信号,计测阻力指数(RI),相对灌注率,血流分级。用免疫组化技术测量肿瘤组织中的VEGF表达。结果与血流分级0~Ⅰ级组比较,Ⅱ~Ⅲ级组VEGF阳性表达率明显增高,阻力指数与周围型肺癌组织VEGF阴性与阳性表达两组之间比较无显著性差异(P﹥0.05);相对灌注率有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论周围型肺癌的彩色多普勒血流信号及VEGF表达情况可反映周围型肺癌内的血管生成特征。
Objective To detect peripheral blood flow signals by color Doppler ultrasonography and to explore the relationship with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods Totally 50 patients with peripheral lung cancer were examined for blood flow signals, resistance index (RI), relative perfusion rate and blood flow classification. Immunohistochemistry was used to measure VEGF expression in tumor tissues. Results Compared with grade 0 ~ Ⅰ group, the positive rate of VEGF expression in grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ group was significantly higher than that in grade 0 ~ Ⅰ group. There was no significant difference between resistance index and VEGF negative and positive expression in peripheral lung cancer (P> 0.05) ; Relative perfusion rate was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The color Doppler flow signal and VEGF expression in peripheral lung cancer can reflect the characteristics of angiogenesis in peripheral lung cancer.
