本文报告应用硫化锝骨髓γ照相术对诊断不典型再生障碍性贫血的意义,结果表明结合临床,血液学动态改变,参考全身骨髓γ照相结果,可以对一些长期不能肯定诊断的不典型病例作出诊断。
This article reports the use of technetium-technetium bone marrow gamma photography in the diagnosis of atypical aplastic anemia, the results show that combined with clinical, hematological changes, the reference to the whole body bone marrow gamma photography results, some of the long-term can not be sure diagnosis of atypical cases diagnosis .
