四川石油勘察设计研究院和重庆煤矿安全仪器厂经过近三年的共同努力,研制成功AHK3型正压空气呼吸器,并于1995年12月5日通过四川石油管理局技术鉴定。该产品是一种新型的防毒用具,适合于高浓度毒性气体的环境中人身安全防护。其主要特点是:①正压性,由于面罩内的空气压力高于大气压、外界毒气不能进入,完全保障了操作人员的安全;②玻钢气瓶,该呼吸器的承压气瓶采用了轻质玻璃钢材料,不同于一般的钢制气瓶。内衬铝胆使产品的重量大大减轻;③外接气源,该呼吸器可外接供气气源,大大延长了操作人员的工作时间;④高压快充,该产品具备高压快充装置,操作人员可以不卸下气瓶,直接将高压气充入气瓶内,缩短了充气时间。
