报告诊治3例肾腺瘤患者的临床资料。肿瘤直径均在3.0cm以上,最大为9.0cm;B超表现强回声,底部回声不衰减,有完整包膜;CT密度均匀一致,增强后肿瘤边界更为光滑而清晰。认为以肿瘤大小来预测腺瘤的良恶性是不可靠的。治疗上应以手术彻底剜除肿瘤或作肾部分切除,防止恶变,并最大限度地保留肾脏为宜。
Report diagnosis and treatment of 3 cases of renal adenoma in patients with clinical data. The diameter of the tumor was above 3.0cm and the maximum was 9.0cm. The B-echo showed a strong echo and the echo at the bottom did not decay with a complete capsule. The CT density was uniform and the border of the tumor was smoother and more clear. It is not reliable to predict the benign and malignant adenomas by tumor size. The treatment should be based on surgery to completely remove the tumor or partial nephrectomy to prevent malignant transformation, and to maximize the retention of the kidney is appropriate.
