高新技术企业一直在我国国民经济发展的过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,而目前我国经济的新常态,既给高新技术企业提出了挑战,也带来了机遇。技术创新是高新技术企业的生命,我国学者对高新技术企业技术创新的研究一般集中在它对高新技术企业带来的积极影响,而忽略了技术资本价值转化的风险,高新技术企业技术人员流动性等企业的内部因素,以及市场环境、国家政策等外部环境所带来的风险。文章探讨了影响高新技术企业技术资本价值转化的风险因素,并进一步提出应对高新技术企业技术资本价值转化风险的措施。
High-tech enterprises have always played a decisive role in the process of national economic development in our country. However, at present, the new normalcy of our economy poses both challenges and opportunities for high-tech enterprises. Technological innovation is the life of high-tech enterprises. The research on technological innovation of high-tech enterprises in our country generally concentrates on its positive impact on high-tech enterprises, ignoring the risk of the transformation of technological capital value, the liquidity of technicians in high-tech enterprises And other internal factors, as well as the market environment, national policies and other external environment risks. This article discusses the risk factors that affect the value transformation of high-tech enterprises’technological capital and further puts forward measures to deal with the high-tech enterprises’technical capital value transformation risk.
