为了使木结构住宅在客户及消费中得到更多的认知度,进一步促进木结构住宅绿色生态、可持续性的发展,笔者对消费者进行了随机调查。通过统计分析可以看出,现阶段人们对木结构房屋产品的认知度不是很高、不了解其优势性能等特征,人们更关心它的安全舒适性、耐久性、健康性、经济性等因素。今后应加大木结构产业的支持力度和宣传力度,应持续不断地加强木结构房屋产品的市场推广,加强研究、推出不同的产品,形成木结构产业链,转变消费者的传统观念、加强人们对木结构居住生活理念的认知。
In order to make wood-framed houses more recognizable to customers and consumers, and to further promote the green ecological and sustainable development of timber-framed houses, the author conducted random surveys on consumers. Through statistical analysis, we can see that at this stage people’s awareness of wood-based housing products is not very high, do not understand the characteristics of its superior performance, people are more concerned about its safety and comfort, durability, health, economy and other factors . In the future, we should step up efforts to support and publicize the wood-based industries. We should continue to strengthen the marketing of wood-based housing products, strengthen research, introduce different products, create a wood-based industrial chain, change consumers’ traditional concepts and enhance people’s awareness of Cognition of living concept of living in wood structure.
