采用频率2450MHz,强度10、50、100和200mW·cm-2微波辐照大白兔,对血细胞影响较复杂,不同大强度影响的特点各异,未见明显的剂量-反应关系。50mW·cm-2对白细胞、红细胞及其参数的影响最大。总剂量相同时对血细胞影响主要取决于微波辐照强度:200mW·cm-2主要对白细胞产生明显影响,使白细胞总数显著增高,中性粒细胞明显增加,淋巴细胞显著降低,并出现明显的细胞形态异常改变;100mW·cm-2对白细胞的作用则相反,而对红细胞参数的影响较突出,使红细胞平均体积和红细胞平均血红蛋白量显著增高,致红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度明显降低。仅10mW·cm-2致血小板明显增高。
