随着几十年来低成本航空的蓬勃发展,目前以春秋航空为代表的低成本运作方式在中国民航兴起,多家低成本航空公司纷纷加入竞争,传统航空央企面临巨大挑战,如何能成功突围是摆在传统航空公司面前的一个难题。本文先是分析了三大航在目前面临的服务窘境,然后对新加坡航空公司的服务领先策略进行了介绍,然后从四个方面提出对策,指出航空央企的服务领先的变革之路,供广大读者参考。
With the vigorous development of low-cost aviation over the past decades, the current low-cost operation mode represented by Spring Airlines has risen in China Civil Aviation. Many low-cost airlines have joined the competition. The traditional aviation central enterprises are facing great challenges. A challenge for traditional airlines. This article first analyzes the service dilemma that the three major airlines face at present, then introduces the service leading strategy of Singapore Airlines, and then proposes the countermeasures from four aspects. It points out the leading road of change for service of aviation central enterprises, for the readers’ reference .
