为观察模拟失重对肠系膜动脉血管反应性的影响,采用尾部悬吊大鼠模型模拟失重,并利用离体动脉环测定血管反应性的变化。结果显示:悬吊2周大鼠肠系膜前动脉环对KCl(10~80mmol/L)与苯肾上腺素(10-10~10-4mol/L)的收缩反应明显降低,对硝普钠(10-10~10-4mol/L)的舒张反应无明显改变。提示:尾部悬吊明显降低了大鼠肠系膜动脉的收缩能力,而对动脉平滑肌的舒张能力无明显影响
To observe the effects of simulated weightlessness on mesenteric arterial reactivity, a tail-suspended rat model was used to simulate weightlessness and the changes of vascular reactivity were measured using isolated arterial rings. The results showed that the contraction of KMC (10 ~ 80mmol / L) and phenylephrine (10 ~ 10 ~ 10 ~ 4mol / L) 10 ~ 10-4mol / L) no significant change in the relaxation response. TIP: Tail suspension significantly reduced the contractility of rat mesenteric artery, but had no significant effect on the diastolic capacity of arterial smooth muscle
