本文简介了我们研制出的聚季铵型(PTA)阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂的初步表征工作。较为详细地介绍了用岩心-流动试验,对该聚合物稳定粘土的效果进行的评价。这些实验结果表明,PTA 型聚合物具有较强的抑制粘土水化膨胀和分散的能力,能有效地,持久地稳定岩心中各类水敏性粘土矿物,使用 PTA 处理后的岩心在长时期注入蒸馏水后仍能保持较高的渗透率。文章还对该聚合物稳定粘土的机理进行了解释。
This article describes the preliminary characterization of the poly (quaternary ammonium) (PTA) cationic polymer clay stabilizer we developed. The core-flow test is introduced in more detail to evaluate the effect of the polymer stabilized clay. These experimental results show that the PTA polymer has a strong ability to inhibit hydration expansion and dispersion of clay and can effectively and permanently stabilize various water-sensitive clay minerals in the core. PTA-treated cores are injected for a long period of time After distilled water can still maintain a high permeability. The article also explains the mechanism by which the polymer stabilizes clay.
