随着我国医疗卫生体系改革的不断深入,对医院管理也有更高的要求。在医院管理中,财务管理是其重要的组成部分,对医院管理水平有着直接的影响。因此,必须要加大医院财务管理水平,在医院财务管理中,预算管理是其管理的重要手段,从而必须要加大医院的预算管理水平。在医院预算管理中依然存在着一些问题,这就需要相关人员找出相应的对策加以解决,以此提高医院预算管理水平。
